Have been to Volkswagen showroom last week to check out the Polo. Got to know there that Volkswagen has added a new Highline Plus variant, priced slightly above its Highline variant.
On asking, the sales person were not much aware of the version & the changes or additions/updates involved in it.
Have anyone seen or checked out that Highline Plus version.
Do share.

Having no new launches in the mass segments planned VW India restores to its own way of enticing prospective customers either a facelift or a new variant.

Having launched the VENTO HIGHLINE PLUS, now Polo and Ameo have bookings opened with cars on their way to dealerships.

Polo
Volkswagen Polo Highline Plus to be priced from Rs 7.24 lakh.

This variant will be available on the non-GT Polo range that comes with 75hp, 1.2-litre, normally-aspirated petrol and the 90hp, 1.5-litre diesel.

The Polo Highline Plus will be priced around Rs 7.24 lakh mark for the petrol variant, while the Polo Highline Plus with 1.5-litre diesel will cost around Rs 8.78 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).

Additional equipment over the outgoing top-spec Polo Highline includes new 16-inch alloy wheels and an upgraded infotainment system with standard reverse camera.

Ameo
Volkswagen Ameo Highline Plus to be priced at Rs 7.35 lakhs

Volkswagen’s Ameo will follow in the footsteps of the Vento and the Polo by getting the new top-of-the-line Highline Plus trim. The Ameo Highline Plus trim will be available with the 75hp, 1.2-litre petrol and with the 110hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine.

In terms of goodies, the Ameo Highline Plus gets new 16-inch alloy wheels (up by an inch from the Highline trim) and a tweaked infotainment system that comes standard with a reverse camera
There will be levels of the Highline Plus trim; one with a reversing camera, and one that gets the reversing camera and the 16-inch alloy wheels.

The price for the petrol variant is likely to start at Rs 7.35 lakh and go up to Rs 7.45 lakh (with 16-inch alloys), while the diesel Highline Plus variant will start around Rs 8.59 lakh and go up to Rs 8.69 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).
