Audi invited us in yet another great event. This time the event held at audi delhi west , moti nagar.
it was first of its kind event where they showed us how these premium cars get serviced.
some pics of the showroom.
first they briefed us about the event and about the state of the art equipment they have in their facility.
then we headed to a small room where the process gets started. there was a new Audi A3.
before starting the process they cover the seats , the gear knob as well as the steering wheel.
there the mechanic first check the brake fluid level , coolant level and quality , checking all the wiring ( there were a lot ) and lastly the oil level and quality. they have special equipment to measure these and honestly i was pleasantly surprised to see that.
i also asked if they pressure wash the engine bay ( since hyundai doesn't so i was curious ) to which an advisor replied they don't even wash the underbody since there are so many sensors.
after this they raise the car to inspect the underbody brake pads and scratches on the body.
after this we headed to the main area.
there they conduct tests to check the shocker and brake effectiveness. i am having troubles with my verna's rear suspesnion and i so wanted to take my car there and get it checked but all the testing happens because of the Inbuilt software in all Audi cars. they make sure the brakes work in sync ie if the brakes on one side are more effective than the other side.
