What a loyal employee, saw a new safari storme ownership thread in another forum,the car has faulty parts and needs time to get the replacement parts. If they cant still give a niggle free experience in their decade old vehicle ,how can one expect this one to be perfect.
Some observations based on ownership threads,
1. Sales and showroom experience is average or below average.
2. Quality control ,still long way to go.
3. Even long time tata owners,tell not to buy a newly launched tata product.
I was waiting for HEXA, but seeing the delay in launch have booked crysta.
Except for car lovers,nobody knows about hexa,even the taxi drivers i know dont know about the vehicle.
If things go well,it may be competition for vehicles like scorpio,xuv,type 7 seaters, but not crysta.
