How come all the 4 wheels got damaged at once

It'd be good if you could share a translated version of this article. I'm also curious to know the reason behind all four wheels damaging at the same time.

Consumer court in itself is a very good thing for India.
Its high time the government take necessary steps to make consumer protection laws like some western countries. Here manufacturers/dealers takes the consumers for granted and sometimes sells defective items to unsuspecting customers and the after sales scenario is not good either. just take a look at the number of cases/complaints in the consumer forums.
In the developed Countries neglected customers can file law suit if they are cheated and strict laws prohibit dealers from cheating, also cases are judged swiftly thanks to their uncorrupt (or relatively less corrupt) systems.
General people here are even afraid to go to courts/police for the mental/financial harassment they fear. Cases are dragged on for years and people tend to avoid such situations.
Yesterday a person told me not to go to a certain Maruti dealer for servicing as they tend to cheat people. that his friend who was driving a Swift Dzire got a snapped accelerator cable and had to tow his car by a private towing truck due to lack of roadside assistance. Two days later he got a bill of Rs.7000/- wherein all the fluids of the car was changed without even consulting him and the car has developed new problems one day after taking the car from the dealer. He called up the dealer who asked to bring in the car once more but the gentleman decided against it afraiding another escalated bill and got the problems rectified from a roadside garage.
Many a times people say about the aftersales departments stating that when they give their cars for servicing including some minor repairs/rattling issues(duly noted in the job cards), the car is returned back with new issues while the existing one are still unattended/unresolved.
such is the scenario of India.

Damage of all 4 wheels simultaneously is not a manufacturing defect.There is something that we are not seeing. What is the actual problem for these alloy wheels we need to see ,before giving any comments. What about the 5th wheel?
This incident may be a deliberate attempt by Skoda to malign MB name.
