Got the delivery of Granite gray alpha diesel on 28/12/15.
would like to share my horrible experience with Baggalink motors delhi.
I booked the vehicle on 06/11/15 and was given the waiting period of 4-5 weeks. After about 4 weeks i stared calling them every 3-4 days but i was told that i had not been allotted any vehicle. Finally I was asked by the RM on tuesday to come on saturday to take the delivery, but on thursday or friday NGT passed an order to stop registration of diesel vehicles.
I immediately called my RM and inquired about the same and he told me it is only for 10 years old vehicle and i will definitely get mine, and I should pay the remaining amount because they prefer the customers with the full payment, i did transfer the amount via RTGS, When i called him on saturday morning he told me that maruti has not sent the vehicle because of NGT order, he never bothered to call me previously to inform the same.
meanwhile i went there and got the no. of sales manager Rajiv Bhati, but he never used to attend the calls. one day I have to go there to meet him personally and he started to push me a orange colored one to which i declined. and he also informed me that on that very day supreme court is going to pass an order on diesel ban and he will give me one within 2 days if the order is in favour.
Supreme court gave a go to the registration of below 2000cc vehicle i called him the next day and he was busy in some kind of meeting
. next day my RM told me that they are now waiting for NGT's response on the above order and will give me the car within 2 days if the order is in favour.
on after 3 days NGT gave the order in favour, now this time he said that they are now waiting for the transport departments order.
3 days passed but they continued the same excuse. I called the other nexa showroom and the RM there told me that maruti had never stopped the vehicle delivery as told to me by my RM, he also told me that maruti has strictly forbade them from taking the payment in advance (except for Rs 11000). He asked me to visit maruti head office in vasant kunj to get justice
I googled the maruti's head office and got there number. I called and my call was transferred to the person responsible to answer my query.
BUt he was a fool, he told me Government has banned the sale of all Maruti's car. to which when i told him about the above orders form SC he said he dont know and will call back....but he never....what a bunch of idiot's does maruti employs.... I started to rethink my opinion of buying a Maruti suzuki vehicle.
I called the RM next day and he told me that "sir tomorrow is Car free day in delhi and all the production managers of maruti will be with thee ministers on the road, so no new vehicle request is entertained by maruti". (car free day is just on a single stretch of road and not on whole delhi)
In a meanwhile received a call from sales manager on sunday he told me that i can come and take the delivery on saturday as there is christmas and many holidays thay week.
On coming saturday made all the arrangements and just before visiting them i thought of calling them once again....and now i was told that on this weekend its a holiday and RTO wont open....RM never bothered to call me the whole weekend to tell me the same.
I was furious and visited them on monday without any information and then ony i got the car......
Talked to the manager of baggalink not the sales manager and asked him to pay me back the interest of amount i had transferred to them from the day i deposited to the day i got the car(2 weeks) as it neither goes to maruti nor me, its totally theirs.
and he agreed to get my cars tank full.
what a tiring and horrible experience with maruti.
