Nissan has announced its decision to discontinue the X-Trail and 370Z from India clarifying that it intends to focus on locally manufactured models.
Note that Nissan Teana will still continue to sell as a CBU alongside remaining products such as Micra Active, Micra, Sunny, Terrano and Evalia.
X-Trail: Nissan's first ever product in India that was launched in 2005 and never did well.
370Z: Launched as a niche car in 2010, it’s an enthusiasts delight but failed to perform due to lesser snob value, considering the biggies it was placed against.
