I have an eight year old Chevy spark and do not regret buying it instead of a Maruti.
In urban areas, there are a lot of multi brand car garages which are able to do normal service of most cars.
With the present generation of car owners changing cars more frequently, reliability issues are no longer a problem.
With many car companies now offering spare parts over the counter, one can get any car serviced at any garage in town.
But even then, Indian car buyers are not willing to buy a car which they like.
Instead they have to buy what everyone else likes.
