I would say it will depend on the traffic conditions. I have seen my car (SAIL UVA Petrol) giving city mileage 14km/l (Winter, No AC, Less traffic) , 12Km/L (Summer, 50% AC, Low-mid traffic) , 10Km/L (Summer, 50% AC, Mid-high Traffic), 7-8Km/L (Durga Puja
, 100% AC, Extremely dense Traffic
I would rate my car as fuel efficient considering the gross weight of the vehicle (~1450 KG) but Not Super efficient in the 1.2 B2 segment category.
Swift / Brio being lighter car with 1.2P engine, they will be 1Km/L higher than mine.
I believe Aspire with 1.2P, 88PS engine will give more or less like my car.
Edit: Additionally if you look at the official milage figure for Figo 1.2P in ford india official page it is mentioned as 15.22Km/L which is on lower side compared to today's era. But for Aspire 1.2P ford has mentioned ~18.8Km/L which is at par with competition if not higher.
I think 1.2L Ti-VCT is technically advanced and fuel efficient inherently than 1.2L Duratec petrol.
