The predictions are that BMW i series and other similar projects can help in reducing carbon footprints and decrease the dependence on fuel. The next car in line after i3 is i8 a sports car that will run on electric motors and internal combustion engine to clout the vehicle. I8 would also be launched in India later after i3.
