Well just been to Tejaswi Motors showroom again. I am like that kid who is infatuated with chocolate and every now and then goes to the chocolate store to ogle at them but does not buy it.
To my surprise, being a sunday, the show room was open. There were couple of sales people present. The Operations are closed but sales people were there but more importantly there were potential customers as well coming with families (hence call them potential customers) I happend to see one such family and my oh my all the ladies were impressed with the car so was the head of the family with Champange colour Zest XT.
What Tata have done are they have placed flexi magnetic stickers all around the car which highlights the features, like first in segment DRLs, fisrt in segment Projectors. First in segment, LED tail lights, Reverse sensors etc, Alloy wheels etc. Looks pretty neat and actually does the work pretty well.
I have finally booked my TD for tuesday. Lets see if they come. They are expecting 30 cars in a day or two and rightly so I have seen their yard in which they have made space for large number of cars to be kept.
Coming back to the people who are looking at zest, I could see a fortuner, a Xylo, a Zen and a Swift parked outside the place. This is an indication that non Tata Owners are also coming over to look at the zest.
Zest as truly been able to pull the non Tata owners into thier showrooms. Things do look better for Tata in days to come. If Tata are able to keep the Zestabulous interest of indian buyers and then are able to give a Bolt of an experience by the year end then I am sure they would be back in the game big time. OT
: I saw Singham Returns couple of days ago and I must confess, Storme and Xenon looked really nice in the film. ;)
