i do agree but the parts were only when they agree that their is a problem, and making this believe is truly headache.

This happens approx 1.5 months ago, the car was used by my brother in law. One day when we both are going for work, the fuel meter shows the E sign. So we stop on the near by petrol bunk to fill it full. I always prefer the auto cut off. When is started the car after filling the fuel still shows E, I didn't consider that as problem and started the journey and after 15 minutes the meter starts showing the fuel level one by another. after 3-4 days I again filled the tank with another fuel bunk and the same thing happens. Now this make me think that their is a problem and needed to be fixed. So I called up the TASS of my locality and informed the same issue, fixed an appointment for the weekend and reached that TASS on the given date.
So here the conversation goes..
Me: Fuel meter did not show full instantly. it takes min. 15 minutes to show.
Advisor: This is not a problem, it is because the nano have digital fuel meter and it takes time to show the fuel.
Me: It means that others cars with fuel meter have also that same problem.
Advisor: No, this is the feature of Nano.
(All the guys in service have tendency to make any problem with the Nano as its feature so that they do not have to do any thing and makes customer suffer.)
Advisor: Have you tried with removing the key after filling the fuel and insert it after.
Me: Yes, I already checked all the possible measures, but the problem still shows.
Advisor: This is not problem. It is in all Nano's.
Then I tell them that my other car shows fuel instantly when I full it with ENGINE OFF. But the advisor said this can't be possible. And the conversation becomes too hot that the advisor takes me to the CRM and update him with my issue. The CRM first some funny words just to make me relax, and then asked some one to go with me to fill fuel and see what happens.
So, we reached the nearby fuel station and started filling. After filling the worker tried every thing to find the cause of the error by inserting and removing the key few time, he also tried by making the engine ON-OFF 3-4 times but the status remains the same. So he said that the fuel pump is caput and needed to be replaced. So, we move back to the Service centre and while moving the fuel stars to show and its only showing 2 bars when we reached service centre.
So, conversation with the CRM begins and I left the my car their and reached home. On same day evening I got call from the service advisor that the car is ready, So I went and took my car back with a bill showing fuel pump changes under warranty and zero bill.
When I inspected my car at home the carpet below the co-driver seat was not properly adjusted, I am habitual of this type of carelessness from them and gave my 5 minutes to make it correct.
After few days when I again filled the fuel same problem arises again. So i went showroom with two problems first is the AC blower which you have already aware of and second is the fuel meter.
SA says same statement that it's not a problem, but I informed him that last month fuel pump is changed to rectify it but the problem arises again. then their is another SA who have some problem with me or say with Nano, I judged it many times with me and others. Whenever he takes Nano he is not happy as he's happy with other bigger cars. Says me that it is a feature and I am using Wagonr, it also shows fuel after 30 mins. So, its normal with digital meter. this answer makes me angry on them and I said make fool only those who have single car, I have two check on that and rectify it.
You are aware of leaving my car in the showroom with the problems. Next day got call and informed that the petrol tank got some hit which makes the error and its rectified now. It's rectified or not will be checked on next fill up.
