This is a new product, not available anywhere.
But yes, when they will launch this outside, they will have these basic things.

I know that, but still these are variants of global automobile models only, RSM,because it is not specifically meant to be designed for only Indian market. So how can they do that

sorry but I just cant stop laughing on that note of yours, dont take it as mock.If Ford want to compete with Maruti in pricing by reducing it and at the same time reduce its standard equipments and accessories which Maruti is offering, may at a bit higher price, then Ford will deffinitely loss the game to Maruti, because Indian buyers are well aware of the necessity of these basic accessories and equipments, and cant think to buy a car without it.The story would have been different if we were in late 90s at present but we are in early 21st, so it wont work out here atleast in India.

AHI, though i agree with you, but you never know. Maruti's best sellers Alto and WagonR doesn't have so many of these.

Yes you are right but we have got example from past that when One tried to build some cheaper 4-wheels than Maruti, like TATA, it was unable compete them in their own segment and built a separate segment for itself, which is not at all comparable to Maruti's lowest priced segment vehicles.Lets see what Ford have in FIGO for India..hope for the best

i completely agree with AHI on this. This car is not a Made only for india model. And even if they want to reduce the price, this doesnt seem to be a correct move. With Figo i really doubt what ford wants to do. I hope they are not expecting to blow the sales chart, if they are they had better not wish the impossible.

Are you confirmed that Power Windows will not be available on top-end variant? It's a shocker for us!

I think if this car is launched at a price range similar to that of Alto, then it may find some buyers, but anything beyond that will make this hatch difficult to survive.

Well then its shocking and very bad from Ford.

Hmmm well then Figo should be priced like an entry level Hatch similar to Alto , Beat WagonR etc!

I was reading the October issue of the ACi today when i came across an article on Ford Figo. The expected price of the ford figo was quoted as 3.54lacs which to me looks too expensive for such a basic hatch. The pics were same as posted here.

People will better go for Getz,it still have better accessories, equipments, and A.S.S. compared to Ford and Figo at a slightly higher price[3.59lacs] ,which people wont mind to spend for it

With Non-Availability of basic features such as power windows even in top-end variant, It makes us surprise how will the Figo be able to cope up in the cut-throat competition of this century but however on the flip side, Who knows maybe we get to see something interesting in form of something else, Maybe Price? News is that the car is going to launch on 1st February. Keep your fingers cross!
