Friends,

A curious looking prototype of a Jaguar Sedan has been spied testing. It might be XE LWB or could be XE Facelift or might be a tweaked version of XF.

Jaguar XE Facelift Spied Testing

The most affordable Jaguar is all set to get a facelift and the new model has been spied testing. Interestingly, the spy shots which have surfaced online have revealed not one but two models which are likely to be petrol and diesel variants, respectively. The first spy shot is of the car with the white roof which has both the exhaust pipes positioned on the left side of the rear bumper just like we have on the diesel model sold in our market. The second spy shot which features the car with the black roof is most likely to be the petrol variant in which two separate exhaust pipes at the rear can be seen just like on the petrol variant sold in our market.

Hope they change those tail lamps which are ugly in the current iteration. XE which was launched with much fanfare and matching dynamics of BMW 3-Series was a flop in the current avatar. Not so great interiors adding to the negatives. Ingenium engines eventhough good is a not a match to 2.0 L engines of its European counterparts. And for Jaguar, its better to be an all EV manufacturer as sedan market is diminishing year after year for making space for pseudo SUVs.
