Ariel Nomad Unveiled

Ariel, the British performance-vehicle manufacturer, has unveiled its latest model, the Nomad-a pure off-roader.Nomad will make its public debut at the Autosport International show in January, 2015.The Nomad has a front-wheel-drive set-up and humongous tyres to handle off-roading. It also comes with a reinforced chassis, long-travel suspension and a rollover protection mechanism.
Nomad is powered by a Honda-sourced 2.4-litre four-cylinder petrol engine, which is capable of delivering around 200bhp. It will be mated to a six-speed manual gearbox also from Honda. The Ariel Nomad weighs in at around 700kg, and also gets a mechanical limited slip differential.With 200bhp/0.7ton power to weight ratio,Nomad will dominate among most of the off-roading machines.
Prices will start around £30,000

BTW, Car looks awesome and the engine output figures are EXPLOSIVE! (At least to Indians!!!).

For those who can't afford the price of this mammoth and really want a pure offroader like NOMAD in india,then they have another choice by RAGE MOTORSPORT-The cyclone ,a 70bhp Buggy.It is priced around 12 lakhs.

I have driven this buggy and trust me this buggy is awesome in terms of performance, handling and build quality. If you are serious about a buggy, test drive this one and it will blow your socks off!!!
The power to weight ratio is more than adequate giving it phenomenal acceleration. They are designed in the UK and the attention to detail and finish is superb
Interestingly these retail for much more in UK (20 lakhs or thereabouts).
