A mysterious BMW prototype has been spied testing in Germany. The outside appearance suggest a 2 series coupe but a closer look reveals the model has a shortened wheelbase, a lowered roof and a smaller windscreen; the car has carbon fiber roof, hood and rear spoiler. The short wheelbase suggest that this could be a Z5 which BMW is jointly developing with Toyota.
