Found this interesting piece of information about this innovative technology. Communication (NFC) Technology are all set to replace the traditional car keys. It doesn't end there, as per the report you can also start the engine, stream music, sync data and also charge your phone wirelessly by just placing it in the center console. Looks like Hyundai is quite optimistic about incorporating this technology in its cars, starting 2015. How safe could this technology be? With all these hackers around, will NFC technology be able deliver the same degree of security that traditional keys do? Also what would people do incase their smart phone battery drains out?
