Ssangyong XIV2 Unveiled in China

Ssangyong has some solid products however they have never been able to gain mass sales with their chassis based products that are more at home in rural areas than they are in urban environments.
The now Indian owned company is moving towards developing smaller platform based SUV’s to attract more buyers, the Korando was the first to make it to production, the XIV is expected to be the second. The XIV was first unveiled in Geneva, the XIV 2 was unveiled in Beijing.

Interior color are girlish. .

But exterior looks macho to me. Flow of roof is somewhat similar to Range Rover Evoque.

seems everybody is copying the the roof line design. the minis, the evoques, swifts,the XA-alpha and now this

Personally I like its design, not very unique on its own though.

I am sure this is just a concept model. And looking at the pics manoj shared, I can say this one is highly inspired by RR Evoque.
