Hi guys!

I'm looking for a monitor to connect to 15" screen laptop. I mainly intent to use it as secondary monitor and to be used mainly for coding. I'm confused what size and resolution is good in this scenario.

My requirements
1. Bigger screen size with high resolution and bigger font size
2. Good to eyes since I work for long time :(
3. With good warranty.

Re: Monitor for laptop

I have decided to buy 24" monitor, but I hear bigger the size, more the strain to eyes, is that correct?

Is 20" best for this purpose? I won't be using it for movies etc, mainly for browsing and programming.

24" monitor is little bigger for coding. While coding or working normally we sit quite near to monitor. So 19" is more than sufficient for the purpose.

In my office I have 24" monitor, so for me it is very uncomfortable use it for working on it, specially coding.
