Best Camera Under Rs.20K

Hi guys, my cousin is looking to buy new digital camera.Budget 20K.
She took my DSLR when she was travelling to germany but she isnt comfortable with the size of DSLR to carry along always.
Which are the best ones available now.
She liked Sony HX 400. Keeps shuffling between 22 to 24K in online stores.
Any other model brands to have a look before finalising.

I feel Nikon Coolpix S9200 is VFM (16MP / 18x zoom / Full HD Recording)
If she could compromise on the size factor Nikon Coolpix P530/P600 should be the right choice.

PS: I'm using Nikon P500 for past 3 years without any issues / complaints (for regular photography only. at special occasions I switch to DSLR)

Digital camera thread

Mods as we do not have any seperate thread for the digital cameras i am opening one for the same.
My cousin is looking to buy a new camera and is not intrested to buy dslr.Givem the options have shortlisted Nikon p600 and Canon sx50.
Which one do you all suggest is the best buy.
Both are below 20k range.
