HELP: Problems Connecting Samsung Galaxy S Duos To WiFi

Bought a new Samsung Galaxy S Duos for myself. Was very happy with the purchase. But, the device is having problems connecting to WiFi. The phone shows full WiFi signal but after trying to connect , the phone says , " Network disabled. Poor connection". Can anybody help me on this issue? The router I m using is a MTNL 450TC1 WiFi router. Any help would be appreciated.

switch off your handset and switch it on again,same with your router, go to settings,wifi settings, add network,add key/password again for your router and see,this usually solves this issue.
