DIY Piston Rings Change For Bajaj Pulsar 150

Dear all
i am using pulsar 150 2008 which i painted in black
i noticed decrease in engine oil even ride for 100km
so i decided to change pistion rings my self as DIY

Please refer to pics for performing diy

First of all you need to remove mounting of engine and CDI connection to be removed along with plug wires and starter wires

Tools required
allen key set
8 mm 10 mm 12mm and 14mm socket wrench a plier and screw driver

piston and bore was in good condition so i just changed rings total cost 170/-

now bike is not consuming engine oil and improved mileage

I can see your cylinder bore is shinning honing marks are gone I am pretty sure this engine must be low on compression if you didnt assemble it bas not it is correct time to hon cylinder and install new piston rings
