Buying a Pre-owned BMW 530d

I am interested in buying the BMW 530d E60 model. I have previously owned the Skoda Octavia, Mahindra Xylo and the New Figo is our recent addition to our garage. I am smitten by the aggressive looks and the perceived excellent handling of it. I like good handling cars after driving the Octavia. I fairly am new to the luxury segment and I wish to know the possible maintenance costs involved and the overall reliability of the 530d. I have set the following criteria:

1)1st owner
2)Run less than 50k kms.

Is there any other thing I should particularly keep in mind while checking out the car.

Sir I would suggest you that you take model which is less than 3 years and also please check if it has BSI pack. Though I am not the right person make you aware of maintenance costs.

Sir I am looking solely for the E60 variant so BSI pack is out of question. It would be at least 6 years old.
