Already driven 500km. Total on road price was 6.41 that I paid. I took the insurance from Toyota itself, sbi general.
Since their is only one dealership available across bihar for Toyota I didn't wanted to upset the dealer by opting for insurance from outside.
They convinced me that if I take insurance from outside I will face issues during claims. On the other hand if I take insurance from them, they will take care of everything during claim. So after discussing it with my family members I decided to get it done through Toyota itself.
Honestly, I am not an expert on cars like you guys and many others here. And as I have mentioned the only car I had prior to liva was maruti A star for close to 5 year.
Now, after driving liva the major difference I felt I am listing below.
1) Space - Well space wise, their is not other hatchback that can even come close to comfort and space that liva provides for driver as well as rear passenger. I am 6ft tall and even with the driver seats pulled back their is enough space at rear.
2) Drive - The driving is silky smooth. Suspension is amazing which makes the drive amazingly comfortable. Even at 120kmh the Ballance and the road grip is awesome. Engine noise is close to nothing. Even with AC on the car is able to pull itself up the slope very easily and smoothly. Although, it's been raining cats and dogs here in patna I found no problem whatsoever in braking and handling.
AC - The AC is superb, I have not used the AC beyond 2 level. It's super chilled.
Interior- Although I have heard a lot about the interior of liva being not so catchy and pretty average. To be honest, I am finding it to be a lot better, infact I love the overall interior of this car. It is just perfect for me. I have completely no issue in the odo being at the center. The music system is perfect.
Also I have driven the car through pretty bad road on my way to Bodh gaya from patna on the very next morning of my car's delivery. The car was able to handle all the potholes and breakers with complete ease. In bihar u will not find more then couple of Toyota which are running as taxi. Tata is what predominantly here running in taxi. So image wise also I have no issues.
I have driven close to 500 km and the average I got with complete AC on is 11 to 12km/l. However, I will be able to update u all with the exact mileage after I refuel my tank next.
The extra accessories that I got fitted in my car are listed below.
Floor matloo, Mud flap, trunk mat - 2,500from Toyota itself.
2) Another door mat from outside - 1450
3) Chrome garnish of AC vents and gear- 2500
4) Seat Cover - 5,500
Let me know if you guys need to know anything else. Will be happy to reply to the best of my knowledge.
