But my guess is your 1995 car floor & underbody must be rusted dangerously.

As TSIVipul suggested, best would be to exchange it for another car. You can hold it for some more time till you finalise on buying another new car and exchange the Maruti 800 at that time. You will get around 15-20k exchange bonus in addition to the car's value (which might also be around that figure).
