Guys, I am looking for a sparingly used diesel Skoda Rapid preferably AT or MT.
I have came across two models
1)10 kkm run Ambition MT 2014 model
2) 6 Kkm run Elegance AT, March 15 purchased model.

Kindly suggest me appropriate prices & precautions to be taken in case of Diesel Skoda AT, MT before purchasing.

I have Rapid Elegance Diesel Manual. So far my car has done 41k in 2.5 years of ownership.
Here are some key thing to be checked.

1. Underbody is bound to be damaged due to low ground clearance and I don't know whether Rapid has Rough Road Package.
2. Check Steering wheel for noise, this was problem for some versions.
3. AC tends to get ineffective especially in dusty areas, so do check that out.
4. DSG gearbox needs oil change at 45k service interval and is expensive.
5. Check for engine mounts as they can transmit shocks during usage of clutch, changing gears & accelerator.
6. Suspension coils needs to be checked since they can create sound especially the ones which have been used in uneven roads.

If there are any more, I'll add them. Thankfully I haven't faced much problems including the one's above
