Planning To Buy 2012 VW Passat

Hi guys need some advise on buying VW passat TL manufactured by May 2012. VW is trying clear the stocks and I am getting a discount of 2.5 lac. How advisable is moving toward this purchase?

There is no harm in considering this deal as long as the car was not used a demo vehicle for showcase or test drive purposes. Is there anything else the dealer is offering apart from cash discounts? Thanks 350Z, I am visiting the dealership today. According to sales manager the vehicle is new and it has been used for any other purpose. TAI's PDI will help me determine the condition of the car. Will update with pictures once decided.
