When comes to 4 -wheeler I'm just a learner & currently I try to my level best to familiarize with this machine , So I can't talk about actual ownership here (performance),but here in this post I will share my purchase experience.

22/06/2013 (Sat) - Color Changed & Finalize to Granite Grey after deep look at Alto 800 (same color) at Dealer's Under Ground Basement. At that time it is clear they stocked 4 Ritz [1.Red ZXI (TD Car), 2. Chocolate VXI (came at my place), 3.Chocolate VDI (wanted to push upon me),4. White VDI with ABS
at showroom floor]
Return home and relaxed.
09/07/2013 (Tue) - Dealer finally placed order on the base of my booking amount (10k) after I denied to pay anything.
10/07/2013 (Wed)- SE informed me the chassis & engine no. on the great day of Rath Yatra, upon hearing this agreed to pay next Friday.
12/07/2013 (Fri) - First payment done, fifty percent of the price down.
17/07/2013 (Wed) - First Look at the car - Inspection - Final Payment.
26/07/2013 (Fri) - Delivered.

From the start of fourth week of July Kolkata regain it fare shares of rain falls after long break, So needless to said D.Day was no exceptional either. Delivery time was set to 4 P.M but I present there at 3:15 P.M with my family members, Upon entering showroom our eyes ofcourse stuck our beloved and we smiled and literally she smiles back at us and that was the last time we saw her clean & sparkling. After tuck my family members to a comfortable sofa, I immediately rush back to the car and start examining the exterior and satisfied when there was no scratch anywhere outer body portion which I noticed earlier. They done the touch up quite good. Everything is super clean.
During my time when I (nobody knows that was mine) stand beside the car several customers/people who come to visit at the dealership for some reason, talking about - "Slate Color Ritz, Slate Color Ritz" , "Looks", "Glamourous" ,"Size" - all these make me proud. A Family of 3 who came to book for a Swift on that day, the father try to convince his family (his young teenage son & his wife) and made them several time to go up-down check out the Slate Ritz for it's space, he constantly repeating the words 'same engine,same power' , 'space-space' & 'look at the color'…..later I gather he miserably failed.
In the meantime 4:25 P.M SE rush to me and I demand immediate demo + PDI before any paper works as there the T-Storm on the horizon and process start a bit late to arrange the demo. Already the Rain God Start pouring his blessing to us it is very hard to follow the each every PDI point and joy of the PDI very short lived for me.After some point of time it was absolutely impossible to continue anymore so I quit. By the time Rain stopped the natural daylight retired for that day and the rest of demo continued at dark (with the help of our two phones LED flash) which strictly warned by many forum and that particular thing happened with me.
This is the reason I failed to notice several things:-
1. Lack Wiper Water Solvent - My mistake.
2. Basic Mud Flap Missing - Carelessness of the Acc Dept.
3. Perfume not provided - Din't notice that time, instead they provide divinity model.
4. Security System - Carelessness of Acc Dept.
Another major blunder they done by themselves installing the wrong Alpine HU, I ordered OEM
Double Din Alpine HU (picture at post no. 66) which got CD playback capability with other feature (costly than installed one). They installed Double Din Alpine HU with BT/USB/AM/FM….I asked them to remove ASAP
. Accessories Head literally run towards me & apologize, he assured me he will order my desired one next week and in the meantime I entitled to use that installed unit as much as I want without any tension and remaining difference they will charge during installation (at my home).
During the DEMO, After hearing the SQ and features it offered, I'm quite impressed & the next day I called up and cancel the order.
Around 7:00 P.M after completion of all formalities, Signing the feedback form , Showroom Puja,Snap Shot the event of Key Hand Over by dealer the car finally take off (52 KM on ODO) by the pre-assigned Showroom Driver and first stop was the dealer assigned petrol pump for 5 litter free diesel then we head back at our home.
Upon Living : Handover a packet of Haldiram Swanpapdi for Sales Ex . and paid 30/- those who wipe the Rain water after heavy T.Storm.
Upon Reaching at Home : 200/- paid at Showroom driver.
Very limited picture taking opportunity - Several issue (payment mismatch/wrong billing about accessories/other offers/discount settled down) - needed to sort out @ same moment.
