Should I Wait For Fiat Punto 2013 Facelift?

Hello,

After lot of research I am close to finalizing a fiat punto diesel as my first car.
I am hearing that fiat is launching a punto facelift around march may 2013.

I would like to know if the facelift is significant and if there is anything major in terms of car mechanisms (engine, suspension etc.) which is getting changed?

Should I wait or go ahead?

If you are talking about the Punto Evo,then I would suggest you to wait. The Evo is not as nice looking as the current Grande Punto but has a much better interior,should offer more features and wont depreciate like the old one.

Fiat is expected to launch all new Punto in 2014. So I dont think any thing new will happen in 2013 except if you are keen on Abarth

I dont think Fiat will do anything commendable till 2015. They are set to bring Jeep in India.
BTW did I hear Punto evo?why should they do that? If yes then what is the USP?
