More information

Prefer not to include a sub.
Want to use Dampmat from Indian company. Anyone have experience with this brand ?

My last experience with audio was in my Swift Vdi.
Sony Xplod head unit with Bluetooth and surround 9k
2 front speakers 4.3k
2 oval speakers in the parcel tray which produce more bass than music 5.6k
Wiring and other charges - 2k
No amp or sub. But this bass was enough for me.

I just saw this amp on my friend's car.JBL GX-A644SI 4 Channel Power Amplifier.

What do you say friends? Will this amp improve the stock sound and make better ? Or should I consider upgrading the speakers too? What suggestions do you have for the speakers?

I will be driving the car 90%. Personally I am not a movie video type of person. But I like music. Not loud music but with appropriate sound effects. Dhoom Dhoom is one of my favorite.

Eagerly waiting for your responses.
Thanks

Hi LUVer!
I guess JBL or Sony will be good for you.
It is best to change the head unit than the speakers.
I use stock VDi system only, it is enough for me.

hi, suggest you to look at this active subwoofer. You dont have to do any thing apart for installing this thing.

You need to do bit of wiring. Giving it input from your head unit, and power. Thats it. Its heavy and compact. Can be simply placed underneath your driving seat.

Due to weight, it wont move much so no clamps needed.

I have experienced it in one of our member's storme.

To me the effect was amazing and suit my need. if possible go for the demo.

Hi

1.JBL 4 channel sub amp (You can use 2 channel for co-axial speaker)
2.Pioneer TS-S20 200W tweeter pair
3.Dont go for simply with sub woofer size like 10,12inch.If you need really a good depth go for heavy WATTAGE subwoofer like JBL or INFINITY
4.You must change the HEAD UNIT to Pioneer

Whatever it may be the configuration Use only JBL sub woofer for best sound [:)]

Okay. I don't want to mess up with the dashboard look. I like the look. Kinda addicted.

My primary need for ICE is audio alone. I have a 10 inch 2k nexus 10 for movies if any. Do you think HU must be changed?

Like the title.. LUVer..

Pioneer TS-S20 200W is one power horse.
I prefer a setup without sub. But with bass. But may be in future.

What would be your suggestion for audio only head unit..?
Do you have any suggestions for coax pair...?

Okay buddy.

I saw some under the seat type subs. Looks good. I like this one but current budget won't fit it sadly.. If you have any good alternatives let me know. Having a sub makes a different audio feel.

GROUND ZERO RADIOACTIVE UNDERSEAT ACTIVE SUBWOOFER GZ-R200A

Thank you very much.

You can just click the below mentioned link to get some ideas...pages 3 and 4. It was started as an individual thread but it has clubbed into another thread called "Ertiga Owned, Next is Ornamentation" and so now it remains almost lost or hidden.....yeah thanks to admin/moderator...whatever...

After you see the pix "...ornamentatoin" is the last word that comes to your mind. I mean those guys in indonesia have taken the ertiga to a whole new level.

Some of them maybe way too much but then you will know the extent of the mods done on the ertiga elsewhere.
