Maruti Dzire DDIS USB Problem

Hi All,

The USB port in the default music unit in Dzire DDIS is not working if the pen drive is 4 GB. Its currently working with a 1 GB pen drive. Is it true that it supports only upto 2 GB?

It supports upto 4 GB and I have even used with 16 GB but it does sometimes cause Problem and the song stops. Also you need to be very careful with the bit rate of the song . It only plays specific bit rate songs. Check the manual for the bit rate specifications.

Hi,I am using a 8gb and a 16gb micro sd card in a card reader with headunit of my dzire vdi,and it is working verry well.the only thing you have to do is format any usb drive or memory card with fat32 file system and keep bandwidth of all songs under 132kbps
