Off topic but interesting question, so quickly - The Pulsar DTSi spark plugs are not designed to fire at the same time at varying rpm ranges. the LHS plug fires from 350 rpm upto 9000 rpm and the RHS plug fires from 750 rpm upto 6000 rpm. This is achieved through the digital CDI.
Your Pulsar is behaving completely normal. To test, you can do two things:
1. Remove the LHS spark plug, start the motorcycle and rev it to above 1000 rpm; it won't misfire.
2. Remove the RHS plug, connect it to the HT lead, ground the plug to the engine, start the motorcycle and rev it hard, you should see a clear, fat spark.
