Modern cars like Verna doesn't have any manual knob to unlock the doors. So, what are the options available if you are inside the car and there is electrical failure [frustration].

Re: How to unlock door during electrical failure

Verna has manual knobs on each door.

Although that's a good question , i think ecosport and laura just have a button to unlock and lock all the doors.

Yes, there is knob but will that knob unlock the doors if there is no power from battery?

I think this knob works only when electrical system is working, correct me if I'm wrong.

Most of the cars in India have knobs as a second choice even in Mercedes CLA we have the knobs.

But if the knobs are not present then
1. it is better to go to the nearest service center to unlock doors.
2. Break the window (In case of emergency).
