Friend what is that white thing attached to the windscreen in the image. I saw it on many cars.

Buddy its the sensor based reciever attached to IRVM of the cars that have a GOLD LANE PASS of DND FLYWAY. It automatically starts to buzz when the car enters in the gold lane of the flyway and the boom-barrier lift up automatically as the signal becomes green if there is account balance in the registered account. In case of nil-balance, the signal of GOLD LANE remains Red.
At Gurgaon toll, similar machine was used by cars who had TAG LANE PASS. My Optra had it.
