Hyundai Grand i10 Weird Issue. The MID is a Joke!

I have found a weird issue in my grand i10 magna 1.2.Once I reset tripmeter to 0 km and kept the car engine at idle speed for around 2 mins and when I gave a look at the tripmeter it was showing 0.1 km.How on earth did this happen when my car was standstill ,parked on the handbrake??

Has anyone noticed this in your car??
Please enlighten me on this:

You might have not noticed and the car engine was at idle speed.Please can you check and confirm for your car?

MIDs (like most computers) can malfunction sometimes, try this a few times and let us know if the same fault reappears!

You might have not noticed and the car engine was at idle speed.Please can you check and confirm for your car?

I tested it and its working as expected no jump in trip meter with out moving car

Didnt find this issue this time.Still mysterious .Anyway it doesnt matter that much

If it doesn't reappear when trying it again I wouldn't worry about it, small computer glitches happen all the time.
