Why Service Centers in Kerala Are Hesitant To Do Wheel Alignment?

In Kerala most of the dealer run car service centers they are hesistant to do wheel alignment and balancing. Even if we ask them the SA asks us to get it done outside telling that outside wheel alignment centers give one free aligment after 1000 kms of regular alignment.Why do they do this, is it because they want to use the single(usually) vehicle bay for wheel alignment effectively or just laziness ?

genuinely saying most of the usual customers do not give car for wheel alignment in authorised service centers,they give it to authorised tyre shops,reasons are
1.pricey rates in authorised centres
2.they may have wheel alignment , wheel balancing equipments,but staff may not be an expert with tyre jobs
3.wheel shops usually give free alignment check ups after 1500-2000 km of last alignment

I am not aware of the road's condition in Kerala but some major reasons are that over there enthusiasts try out lowering their vehicles, they increase the Tyre size about 1 or 2 inches higher than OEM guidelines and try out doughnuts and racing with their cars. So, the cars in Kerala are heavily modified which prevents the mechanics from touching them for any purpose.

Kerala is known as "Mods own Country"!!

ya that's true,quite a few people modify too much.
