Can't able to see bonnet and front fenders end while driving. Actually you don't need to see all these things. All you need to do is remember the length, width and hight of your car in your mind.with lots of driving and practice you will learn that. A trained driver can tell the position of tyres while driving. Best method is place a chair or something which you can see from inside the car very close to front bumper and then see from inside and remember the difference. Try same for left fender. This way you can learn.
Saw some cars with a bar installed on left fender. Mostly on SUVs, and on hatches too. Fender bar will help you too measure the difference and helpful while driving and parking in tight areas.

Left fender and bonnet are not visible from inside. Make sure you sit upright so that you can have maximum of road view. Cars front wheels are exactly below “A” pillars, so that you can take judgement of it while taking left turns or avoiding potholes.

Don’t worry about visibility, within 1-2 days you will be familiar with it. Just concentrate on the movement and direction of the car.

Upright position is the correct position to view bonnet and left fender.
Safety vs comfort.
If you want safety of yourself and of your car - sit in the upright position
If you want comfort - sit in whichever position you like

Keep practicing. I am sure after some time you will be able to get SAFETY+ COMFORT
