How To Become a Test Driver?

Hi. I would like to become a test driver. i dont know what is the qualification and how to apply for. I have a good experience in driving and have some knowledge in automobile engineering as well. So i hope some one can help me getting details alright. to be frank, want to know the payment too

You could try luck in some automobile magazine. I doubt whether specific degree is a prerequisite but enthusiasm and sufficient know-how about all aspects of the cars is a must.
