Hello All,

This is my first post on TAI. Have been a silent reader before.

I own a 2013 Hyundai Verna SX with tyre specifications 195/55 -R16. I was looking for available options in Market. My Main use is normally within City and rarely on highways.

Above all, I am looking for a option having least tyre noise.

Kindly suggest the possible worthy upgrades!

Your requirement is same as mine! Anyways based on all Online reviews I can suggest you to go with!

1. Continental ContiMaxContact MC5 (Soft Compound, comfort oriented)
2. Michellin XM2 (Soft Compound, comfort oriented)
3. Yoko Earth 1 (Hard Compound, Durable but little less in comfort compared to above 2)

Thank you !

People around are suggesting Michellin.

Have you changed yours already?

How are yoko, considering road noise and ride quality?
I have driven my Yoko fro nearly 35000 kms & the road noise has been been there accept when driven on concrete roads. I am happy with the way it handles the corners & on wet roads. Have not used the XM2 but have heard a lot about it.
