Maruti Suzuki Ritz VXi Tyre Upgrade: Suggestions Needed

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post in TAI.

I am planning to upgrade tyres size in my Maruti Ritz Vxi. As of now, i am using Stock tyre Apollo Amazer XL of 165/80 R14. Being a tall boy design, with this stock tyres, i am feeling body roll most of time.
Please offer your valuable suggestions for tyre upgrade...
My requirements is to be wide tyre to handle body roll (atleast some improvement) without affecting
1. Fuel efficiency,
2. braking &
3. Ground Clearance

Please offer your valuable suggestions for tyre upgrade...

Go for 180/70/R14 in Bridgestone,Yoko or Michelin.This depends upon the comfort you want.If you are more on rough roads or village roads use Bridgestone.If you are on good roads or city roads go for Michelin.

As generalmax pointed out, go for 185/70 R14. I am using Michelin XM2 in Ritz for the last 2 years. The tyre has gone through all terrains and handled pretty well except for 2 punctures.

Thanks for your information
My usage will be 70-30 both highway & rough roads respectively.
From your suggestions, I have two option to choose for 185/70 R14 either Bridgestone or Michelin XM2.
As i already mentioned, Does this upgrade reduces the Ground clearance & FE (if so how much)
As of now, my stock tyre is good in terms of GC to tackle huge speed breakers.
Please comment on this...

No issues on GC front. There will be only a marginal dip in fuel efficiency which you may not even notice. The ride comfort which you will experience after the upgrade will be phenomenal. Go for it.
