First thing first:
Teach your chauffeur about hand brake. If hand brake was engaged, this wouldn't have ever happened.
Secondly, I am not joking over this (ehh.. Dunno why my suggestions always seem to be funny though) and if the A.S.S. guys aren't very confident if this will be taken care by insurance or not, then just add more to their confidence. I don't believe in the emotions like "how can I hit my car". I myself in Toyota A.S.S. once took a spanner and boom.. Tail light gone, rear windscreen gone (it was a dent on rear quarter panel and rear door; my mistake while reversing quickly) and insurance claim passed within minutes but every car of mine has a zero dep insurance.
Sat with SA for 15 minutes and after discussing a bit; we reached a fool proof story about how it happened.
Hence, talk to SA too before writing he story, their suggestions are mostly fool proof and then frame the right story. IMO
in your case it should be something like a tractor tailgating the car but absence if pain marks will make the thing tricky. Heck, on a red light just park ahead of a city bus and as the light turn green, just reverse a bit and all the proofs will be in place. After that sit with the SA and start running your imagination
