Silicon Car Wipers: Are They Available in India?

Are silicon car wipers available in india.Had searched online but could not find it.Recently saw a program on a malayalam TV channel about silicon car wiper advantages.

Couple of days back I also got to see that program.
I didn't feel it as much promising since (if my memory is true) even the area where the wiper does reach was also has water repelling tendency. So seems like they must have used some water repelling product all over the windshield or the glass must be new. In either of the case, any new wiper should do an amazing job.
