Hi,

when I got my new Swift, it has a yellow cabin light. I knew that a white led light provides better illumination as I had done it in my Old Wagon R, so I had that LED transferred into my Swift. It worked well for the last 3 months. But now its losing brightness- flickers, remains dim etc etc. Not sure if the LED is expiring or its a connection issue. What I had used is a no name brand which has a rectangular sticky tape LED with a fiddly spring loaded fitting that goes into the bulb holder. Also, what I have gets quite hot which is surprising for a LED. Since its failing anyway, I was wondering if there is a proper product available to do this correctly. Is there a proper solution (for the lack of any other ways to say this) of doing this?

Re: Cabin light problems

LEDs don't fail so easily ,even the no name brand. If its old ,there may be an issue. Why don't you check with another one or the old bulb (normal) to identify the issue .
