Have to change tyres of my NHC ( type2 dolphin model honda city ).I wanted to upsize this time from stock 175/65/R14.

My requirements from new tyres are as follows-
1 better high speed manners and stability
2 better braking
3 ride is not very important
4 FE shouldn't reduce as its already somewhat low
5 should fill wheel wells better improving the looks

But I have many confusions-

1 what size ?
I think in plus 0 185/65/R14 and 195/60/R14 are correct. I would have gone for 195's but i am slightly concerned about mileage. So what are your suggestions

2 secondly tyre dealer suggests 185/70/R14.
Now this tyre is taller so will give better GC. But according to tyre upsize calculators this is wrong upsize. And i will have to make sure this size doesnt touch wheel wells etc if i go for them.
I need that extra GC so should i opt for these

3 Or Can i buy a new set of 15 inch rims and wheel caps and upsize to 195/55/R15
This will be just for looks as the tyres will not appear puny. What will be the downsides of this besides extra cost initially;

4 which tyre brand should i choose.
I have the option of BS S290/turanzas at 4200 and apollo acceleres/mrf zlo at 3600 each tyre
which should i go in for. Or should I ask the dealer to arrange some other tyres.

Lots of Qs i know,as i said i am very confused.
Please help me quickly as I have to get this done max by tomorrow

1 & 2) Upsize should help
3) Ride will get improved on upsizing (with same rims)
4) Stock tire is the solution. But be informed the FE drop due to tire upsize is very marginal. You should decide your priority now. points 1 to 3 or 4?

1) Both sizes should be OK. I have good experience with 195 section tires without any issues
2) Stay away. You may end up interfering with the wheel arches
3) Ride will get affected due to smaller side walls
4) BS & Apollo are good. I don't have experience with MRF
