Open the bonnet and look around the headlamp area. Look near the right headlight first as there is more room to work on the right hand side.
You will find a round rubber cover in the centre of the assembly (it is the dust cap), pull it out and you will find a silver metal part (known as retainer) which is holding and pushing the H4 bulb into the assembly. Try pressing it gently and it will bend and give way to the bulb to come out. You can pull the bulb out and replace it with the new bulb.
If there is a coupler, you may/may not have to remove it before pulling out the bulb. It would be better if you post some pictures of the assembly from behind, after removing the dust cap. I have changed a blown bulb in my friend's Swift but that was around 1 year ago. The process is very simple but I am not able to recollect now.
Also note that for adding 100/90, it is better to go to a professional as holders need to be changed to ceramic ones as the current ones will melt under heat.
