Thanks Sam for your reply.

I have contacted and he advised me to install new kit which will cost me 6500/-. I am only looking for holder which can hold load of 90/100 bulb because if i change complete wiring kit then current one will go on waste only.
Please help me to find holder.

6500 rupees:eek:
100/90 wiring kit (wiring with ceramic holders+ relay+ fuses) cost some 500-600 rupees.

As said earlier, no problem at all. My car also has fogg lights, sub with amp. Never faced any overload or battery discharge issue.

The wiring kit which I have is philips h4 relay kit with creamic holder and it will also support upto 130/100 w but to be on safe side wanted to know about load on battery and on altenator. Someone told me that load is high on altenator n on battery when u have 130/100 w blub so not sure about it.

Please advise.

Re: Maruti Swift Dzire (Old Model) Headlight

Anurag, I was also using 100/90 wiring kit and had same problem of burnt Head light Holder ( Only on right side headlamp) Replaced it with swift OEM only. It's almost 2 years now and there are no issues. Only precaution I take is I do not keep the head light burning for very long time, when at signal or toll gate I switch off my headlight for few mins and that solves the problem !!!

So the OEM which you have now it is same 100/90.

Also, someone advised me to remove bulb holder which is default in dzire and connect only blubs with relay holder so I am not sure it will be good option or not. If you can please advise me.

Is it one or both the holders burnt? Something new to hear regarding Philips HL wiring harness. I suppose it may be manufacturing defect.

Before changing the entire kit, get new ceramic holders alone and replace them on the existing harness to check if the problem is solved.
