try rotating the bulbs in the projector and see if the light output improves
has worked for a few setups ive done
What i meant Vinie is pic change light exposure levels, when i posted pics i made sure i posted pics which looked accurate & dim to real eye sight(pic on #1063),i took multiple pics and some looked brighter than usual.I doubt the go pros will be any accurate, its just that they are good mobile cams,in an slr cam you can fix exposure levels,so when you see other hid forums they use slr cameras.
Its good you have 3 lane coverage,if you see post # 1063,my car is parked on a massive private property & thats a mall in the back ground & my beam is 40 to 50 feet wide! I see such illumination in 2014 E class ,my right beam is aimed straight & left is aimed a bit wide,i shall try rotating the bulbs,i noticed lately little dew fogging in headlights, looks like it will keep me busy :) , but my ego is bruised to be honest when i saw my friend/business partner car was doing better on a 35 watt ballast, When my same friend rear ended another car he spent 2.4 lakhs through insurance on pair of headlights,am sure they are high quality & i want to match it.
If things dont work out will do a bulb upgrade if not happy into an experimental LED type. Any possibility of retrofitting an aftermarket headlamp leveler, seen on youtube from Hella
