They say it is approved under ECE R99 act so shuold be legal i guess
Want to ask you that how good is this HID kit? I want more towards yellow light and not blue and I guess 4200k is the one. please suggest me if any better then this is available.
I will not be able to go for projectors.
and what's difference b/w halogen bulbs and this one. I have halogen bulb with relay but i dont want to put them and not to blind traffic.
so is this HID going to blind oncoming traffic if used without projectors even if i set my beams properly in Compare to halogen bulbs?
i dont want to totally blind , need better visuality but cant afford projectors. so what is better option?
And do you have idea for how much bugs I should get that philips 4200k HID kit ?
the philips hids are available but pls do check the specs on the website 1st
the bulbs they have are for projectors that is d2s, d1s and d2r and not
h4 which will be required for your car
4200k-4300k is a good option if u find in anyother brand also as it will be towards yellow
and whatever you do if u put hids in ur normal reflector it disturbs the person in the opposite direction coz the reflector is meant to disperse light
in all directions and not like projector in a specific spot
the difference in halogen and hid is the intensity of brightness
if compared in lumens halogens can give u a max of 1600 lumens
versus the hids will give u a minimum of 2600 lumens depending on the
colour temp u buy
higher lumens means more light more brightness
if u cant go for projectors i suggest just stick to the halogens
if possible switch to osram night breakers have had some excellent
reviews on them
