Need Help in Modifying a Mahindra Jeep

Friends i come back for the long time.My Modifying vehicle dream is still on dreams...But here i will hope to get the answer and idea from this site.

Experts i m planing to ride in a Mahindra Jeep in my village.The Dream Mahindra jeep must need to have the below points.

* Neat body and Paint.
* Alloy wheels.
* Normal engine.No need to ride in hills,No need to go high speed,mileage can be 14-18 kmpl.
* Soft or Semi naked roof top.

My whole budget is around Rs.1,20,000/-
I also see in the Already modified Jeeps....But they price like a huge ammount....i attatch a picture of my dream Jeep.Its one of the idea.

Mahindra MM540 Cost for Modifying ?

Dear Experts,I want to know the cost of Modifying the Mahindra MM540.
I m planing to ride on a wild beast with Alloy Wheels and Neat Body & Paint.
I no need to go hill stations or off road purpose.
I never go for a scary speed.
I maintain than beast with max 65 kmph.I drive around 10-20 kms per day.
My over all budget is Rs.1,20,000.
I search in Olx or some other sites.
I can deal with a MM540 with in Rs.70,000-80,000.
Many People say there i too much cost for maintain MM540.
Any one says what is the regular maintenance for that ?
