MapMyIndia GPS Not Working - Lost Memory Card

my mmi wouldn't open today the reason the memory card is not in the slot. its lost. what to do ?
can i get a replacement or do i need to buy a new unit ?
any other memory card is suitable ? can i download the software ?

Are you talking about mmi device or mmi software on your phone? I believe its mmi software. You can contact there customer care number. I think you can download the software.
If its mmi device i dont think memory card affects the function in anyway.

its the mmi device. yes if the card is not there its not functioning.

Which model SR.

Mine is Vx140S where the map is stored internally in the device.

I have inserted a 1GB mini SD card, which records the routes and my preferences.

So map is not associated in any way if SD card is lost in my case.

But if you had upgraded it in a SD and now, if its lost.

I think you need to purchase maps once again.

I own a TATA Manza with inbuild GPS Navigator while in service somebody stolen the sd card now i am not able to navigate while travelling. I asked TATA service centre they say it is for anything between 4k to 5k but not in stock. Can anybody help me in this from where can i buy a new sd card (Mapmyindia) or clone of sd card. ANY HELP

there are mmi service centres who can give you replacements of the sd card. my board was also damaged so replacing was a better option as both would have cost 8k inr. so i did the next best thing i borrowed my dads mmi and haven't returned it.
