Toyota Etios 16" Wheels

I have a 2012 Etios G petrol car that came with 14 inch tyres and rim. I am thinking of swapping them with 16 inch 205 / 60 R16 alloy wheels - the ones that come in Titanium EcoSport.

Do you guys recommend it?

Kamal, I would prefer you go in 185/65 r14 ONLY if your original size is 175/65 R14.
The size you have mentioned has huge deviation and may affect your suspension. Attached an image for your reference.

Tire Upsize For Etios

I have a Etios G that came with 175 / 65 R14 tyres. I have a few questions for upsize. (never done them before).

1. I am getting Polo's original 15" alloys for cheap (Rs 10000 - all four). Will they work in Etios?
2. What tyres do suggest getting? I have my eyes on 195 / 60 R15 and 205 / 60 R15.

Kamal, I was just informed that Bridgestone makes the ER300 in the 185/60R15 size now.Please check with the local tire shops.

The 195/60R15 and 205/60R15 might cause scraping issues on full lock.If you want to go for these I would suggest that you do a test fit and check for clearance.Do a full lock turn from side to side in the front and check the clearance on the rear with full load(pile in the tire shop employees for this).
